For our latest promotion, we wanted to build something aggressive. Enter "The Midnight Chopper." This isn't a stock dealership bike with a few bolt-on parts. This is a 400-hour custom fabrication project designed to turn heads and shatter eardrums.
The Foundation We started by tearing a classic cruiser down to the bare frame. We chopped the rear fenders to give it that aggressive, shortened stance and swapped out the stock suspension for a lowered, high-performance air-ride system.
The Paint & Finish Chrome is dead. We blacked out the entire engine block and sent the tanks and fenders out for a multi-stage, satin-matte black powder coat. It’s scratch-resistant, flawless, and looks meaner than anything on the road.
The Heartbeat A custom bike needs to sound as aggressive as it looks. We upgraded the intake, re-mapped the fuel injection, and welded a custom 2-into-1 exhaust system that gives it a deep, guttural idle.
