Apparel Returns

You may return eligible apparel within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition, with the original tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items can't be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Digital products, if applicable

Returns and Sweepstakes Entries

If a purchase is returned, refunded or canceled, any sweepstakes entries awarded with that purchase are voided and removed from the drawing.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. For the free mail-in method of entry and all other terms, see the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
