1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR

2. ELIGIBILITY

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Syndicate B2B Partners, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Bikestakes operates multiple, distinct promotional campaigns (each a "Drop"). The specific start date, end date, and time for each Drop (the "Promotion Period") will be explicitly stated on the active Promotions page on Bikestakes.com. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for all Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) official ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Method A: Automatic Entry via Purchase Eligible individuals who purchase merchandise, apparel, or accessories on Bikestakes.com during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent (excluding applicable tax and shipping fees). All purchases must be completed and payment cleared by the end of the Promotion Period. Note: If an item is returned for a refund prior to the drawing, any entries associated with that purchase will be immediately voided and removed from the drawing pool.

Method B: Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In / No Purchase Necessary) To enter without making a purchase, neatly hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, daytime phone number, and date of birth on a standard 3” x 5” card. Mail the card in a standard business-size #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: Bikestakes Sweepstakes Entry [Insert Specific PO Box or Mailing Address for Entries]

Each valid mail-in entry received will count as [Insert Base Number, e.g., 50] entries. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the final day of the Promotion Period and received no later than five (5) days after the Promotion Period ends.

5. MULTIPLIER EVENTS

During a Promotion Period, Sponsor or its Syndicate Partners may announce designated "Multiplier Events" (e.g., 2X, 5X, or 10X entries).

• Purchases: Any eligible purchase completed during a Multiplier Event will have its entry value multiplied by the stated multiplier (e.g., a $50 purchase during a 5X event earns 250 entries).
  
• Mail-In Entries: To ensure equal opportunity, any mail-in entry that is clearly postmarked during the exact dates of a Multiplier Event will automatically be multiplied by the corresponding multiplier value.

6. PRIZE DETAILS & ODDS OF WINNING

The specific prize for each Drop (e.g., a custom motorcycle), its Approximate Retail Value (ARV), and its exact specifications will be detailed on the active Promotions page.

Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid motorcycle license and insurance required to operate the vehicle.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (via both purchase and mail-in methods) during the Promotion Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Within approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period (and the mail-in receipt window), a random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. TAXES AND FULFILLMENT

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as vehicle registration, title, and license fees associated with the prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

Sponsor will coordinate and cover the cost of freight delivery of the motorcycle to the winner's primary residence within the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court
