Shipping policy

BikeStakes ships apparel orders throughout the United States. International shipping is available to many destinations.

Processing and Shipping Method

US orders ship via US Flat Rate and typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day after that.

International orders ship via the flat rate for their region.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Some items currently ship free.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delays

We're not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BikeStakes is not responsible for packages the carrier marks as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly about lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package has to be resent because of an incorrect address.
